Item Availability
In rare cases, you may be able to add a product to your shopping basket and submit your purchase for processing, only to have your transaction canceled due to product unavailability. You agree that things can sell quickly and that there may be a limited period after an order is placed when the object is no longer available. You accept that we may cancel your transaction without penalty once you've received a Confirmation. In rare circumstances, you might receive a Shipping Acknowledgement from us, but the item is no longer in stock at our or our fulfillment provider's warehouse. You agree that if we are unable to send the product you bought due to unavailability, we may revoke our confirmation and cancel your purchase without penalty.
When you're interested in any jewelry, which is presently on back order, contact us. We'll let you know when it'll be back in stock. Because of the number of orders we receive an item may become out of stock before we can put a message on the Site. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately to explain your choices.
Product Pricing
Due to technical or typographical errors, data, including pricing, may be presented incorrectly on our Site. We make every effort to avoid them, they may occur. We have the right to fix any inaccuracies, and we do not accept erroneous prices. If the quoted price of a product is lower than the actual price, we will either notify you of instructions before dispatching the item or cancel the transaction and inform you of such cancellations. If your order has already been dispatched, you consent to either return it or refund the difference between the real and charged prices. Our prices are subject to change at any time as well. Information regarding payment
Once you've decided on your jewelry and submitted your shipping information, you'll be prompted to enter your payment information, including your credit card details as well as any promo codes or gift vouchers you may have. By providing your payment details and placing your order, you agree with us and the third-party payment platforms to charge the order amount to your chosen payment method.

Methods of Payments
All our charges are in USD. We accept a variety of payment options. All charges will be processed in USD by your bank or credit card issuer, as required by Shanti Jewel.
Debit Cards Policy
Your bank treats a debit card differently from a credit card. A debit card is similar to a credit card it might show the logo of a credit cards firm, such as MasterCard or Visa. but a debit card charge takes money straight from your bank. The main distinction is that your bank could impose a daily charge restriction on using debit cards. We will let you know if the amount of your purchase exceeds the daily limit specified on your debit card, as this will prevent us from executing your transaction.
Diamond Reports
Kindly provide any diamond grading certificates or valuations with your return for a refund or exchange (s). Repairs and resizes do not require diamond grading reports or valuations. If your item came with a diamond certificate and you do not return it, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the grading report. The direct fee paid to GIA is $180 to replace a missing diamond grading report. (or the equivalent in other currencies)

Our Return Policy
Shanti Jewel gladly accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. We offer a fully insured, free shipping label within a business day of receiving your request. Information on our Site
We make every effort at Shanti Jewel to verify that the online display is as accurate and detailed as possible. Some goods may look different than their true size in our images to provide you the chance to study our items in great detail; and since every monitor display is adjusted slightly, color and size can vary somewhat.
Our goal is to offer you as much detail and insight on your potential purchase so you can recognize the beauty of a certain item. Shanti Jewel claims that overall carat weight throughout all products may differ by 0.05 carats from quoted weight following industry norms and FTC rules.
We also include the average rating and specification of colors, clarity, and diamond weight for any item containing numerous diamonds. These averages are computed by aggregating all of the grades or measures in the inventory that pertain to that specific piece of commerce and getting the nearest mean.
