About Our Return Policy
Shanti Jewel gladly accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. We offer a fully insured, free shipping label within a business day of receiving your request. Please keep in mind that each client is only entitled to two complimentary returns per year.
Please keep in mind that to return an order, all items must be returned in their original packaging, with any product documents, and shipped back to us within 30 days. Kindly allow two weeks to complete your return request.
If you get a damaged package or item, please decline the shipment and contact us immediately at (929) 766 5503. Unless otherwise advised by Shanti Jewel, please keep all packing materials. All claims for defective or missing items must always be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Shanti Jewel is not anyhow liable for return shipments that are lost.
Items not eligible for refund or exchange
- Any jewelry with customized engraving cannot be returned.
- After 30 days, diamonds and diamond jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged and will be considered final sales unless or otherwise, they are defective.
- Shipping fees if applicable will not be refunded.

- Choose your choice of shipping company and begin your return. You are eligible for free shipping with a USPS mailing label which will be mailed to you when your return has been initiated (each year two complimentary returns per customer) If you return within 30 days. If you are returning your merchandise past 30 days (for resizing, cleansing, or repairs), you may also use any carrier of your choosing. To begin your return, we provide the following options:
We offer simple and hazel-free online refunds for the return of each item of $2,000 or less returned for a refund during our 30-day return period for single jewelry items of $2,000 or less.
Please contact a Shanti Jewel diamond Consultant at 9929) 766 5503 for single jewelry goods exceeding $2,000, as well as products for exchange, repair, or resizing. We are available seven days a week.
- Securely put your item(s) in the original packaging materials. Kindly provide any diamond grading certificates or valuations with your return for a refund or exchange (s). Repairs and resizes do not require diamond grading reports or valuations. If your item came with a diamond certificate and you do not return it, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing the grading report. The direct fee paid to GIA is $180 to replace a missing diamond grading report. (or the equivalent in other currencies) It is strongly advised that you insure your return shipping for the entire purchase price. We are not liable for theft or loss of items. If you use our free return service, the mailing label you receive via email includes insurance coverage. If you use our complimentary service (for example, your free return label will already be filled, or you are returning for sizing, cleaning, or repairs after 30 days), An express return delivery service that includes USPS shipping company and insurance at discount prices will be provided in some cases.
Upon receiving your returned item
On weekdays, all returns are normally entered within 24 business hours of submission into our system. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that it has been forwarded to our department of quality assurance. Please wait five to fifteen business days for the complete process. All refunds will be charged within three working days to your credit card. It may take up to ten business days for your bank to post to your account. PayPal orders will be reimbursed within two weeks to your PayPal account.
Please keep in mind that heavy return volumes may cause higher than the normal return process time.

Some adjustments will cause a delay in shipping. we are unable to offer revisions or cancellations for orders already shipped. If your shipment has already been delivered, please contact us as soon as you receive it to arrange for a merchandise return.
